About the Role
In three months:
A focus on compelling and engaging storytelling.
Work across a wide range of media, including explainer videos across multiple genres.
Uphold and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
In six months:
Complete detailed reports upon project completion
Maintaining high standards of designing as defined by brand guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Create animation as required
In twelve months:
Bring creative vision to life through the use of best practices and new tenets of storytelling, from social first, long-form and commercial landscape
Help to develop and ensure the appropriate overall style, tone and quality across the platforms
Taking Desified content to another level through creative storytelling.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator & Photoshop
Knowledge of motion graphics and explainer videos
The ability to analyse videos and provide with animation / GFX requirements / references for the same
Knowledge of character animation in aftereffects is added benefit.
Support on other design projects if and when required
Should have knowledge and experience of VFX, Rotoscopy,
Quick turn-arounds for video packaging for fiction/non-fiction content.
Ensure quality and adherence to graphic and branding standards.
Have a good aesthetic and create illustrated drawings on Adobe Illustrator
Interpreting company goals and developing concepts to deliver high quality visual design
Understanding design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition
Knowledge of 3D applications, 3Ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D will be ++
Minimum 5-6 years of experience
Understanding of English and Hindi is must
