About the Role

Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Marketing videos, Web videos, Product demos, case studies etc.)
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards.


  • 2-3 years of experience of working with a mid-sized ad agency.

  • Proficient in using software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Flash, Premiere Pro.

  • Should be creative and imaginative with the ability to draw and illustrate.

  • Should have good communication and excellent time management skills.

  • Should be organized, proactive and maintain high quality standards.

  • Should be flexible, responsive and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
